It's crazy to think that I only have one more semester of high school left because it feels as if I just started my senior year, and now I only have about 5 months of high school left. With my senior exit interview quickly approaching and 1st semester about to end in a couple of days you can say I am a bit nervous and stressed because I have so much to do. But I am excited to get my senior exit interview done with early so that I can devote more of my time to applying to scholarships, and other college related things. So far this journal is the last thing I have to finish, and all I need is to complete my exit interview. The senior project has been an exciting process because I have had the chance to reflect on the past four years of high school. Reflecting on the memories I made with my friends, the new friends I made, and the clubs and activities I participated in during high school are memories I will always remember. With graduation fast approaching, I am nervous to head off to college because I will be in a different environment and city by myself. I'm not really the type of person that likes change, but change is quickly approaching in the next couple of months. It's definitely going to be weird and take some getting used to not being in Lindsay, and not seeing my friends at school every day, but I am excited about college and where life is going to take me after high school.
Halfway There
I cannot believe that my senior year is almost halfway done. With each day I am getting closer and closer to walking across that football field with my classmates. It seems surreal that I'll no longer be coming back to this school and seeing my friends every day. Although graduation is getting closer I don't really feel nervous for graduation because I am prepared for life after high school.
So far I have sent in my applications to eight universities here in California, and I have also completed the FAFSA and have completed a few scholarships. There is still so much to do for my post-graduation plan but right know I am focusing on finishing this semester on pace in all my classes. Sending in my college applications has made everything feel more real that his is actually happening, it's crazy that my high school experience will soon be over when it feel like it just started.
I am most looking forward to graduating with my friends and starting the next chapter in my life. I am very excited about going off to college and begin working on my career and being more independent. While I still have about eight plus years of schooling and training after high school, I know that with determination and hard work I will one day be a doctor. So far looking back on my first semester of senior year I wish I could have been less of a procrastinator because this has been such a challenge for me. But I still have another semester left to do better and work towards completing more level 4's and completing assignments early.

This Is the End (Senior Year) Halfways There
Senior year has finally come and I can not believe it. Wow! It literally feels like I just started my freshman year of high school. When I first started high school I always heard people saying how fast these four years would go by and it honestly has gone by so quick I can't even believe it. So far it is the third day of school, I am not doing much in my classes just yet. So far I am loving my senior year, I like all of my teachers and all of my classes are interesting especially my health classes and I can't wait to start physiology and CNA. The first class I had homework right off the bat was physiology and I really don't mind because I am very excited for this class because I love science and because I want to become a doctor in the very near future. So far I am loving my senior year and I hope that it continues to be fun until I walk the football field with my cap and gown. Although senior year will definitely be a stressful year with earning level 4's, staying on pace, senior project, being involved in clubs, my CNA class after school and on top of all that applying to colleges. But I am confident that I will be able to handle everything.
I am starting the year on pace I do not have to retake any classes, I'm starting out will all new classes and so far I am liking all of them. Although I was skeptical about taking AP Spanish Language I decided to stick with the class and give it my best. I am currently working on my journals for my senior project along with my extracurriculars activities section of my website. The most interesting part of my project would be writing this journal because at the end of next year when I graduate I'm probably going to look back on this journal and see how I felt the first week of my senior year. I am most looking forward to all of the events such as homecoming week, rival week, and also the sporting events especially football games. I am also looking forward to graduation and finally walking across the football field with all of my friends and preparing for college in the fall of 2017.
My main goal this year is to NOT procrastinate because that is something I have struggled with all four years of high school and I hope that I do better this year and begin projects and assignments early on and not be stressed out as the due date gets closer. Another one of my goals this year is to be join many clubs and become very active in as many extracurriculars as I can and also earning level fours in all of my classes. My goals for the future are to attend a four year university, go to medical school, begin my training in becoming a doctor, and traveling the world.

End of Junior Year
Junior year has finally come to an end. I can't believe how fast my junior year of high school went by, it literally went by in the blink of an eye. Junior year has been such a hectic year with taking two AP courses, and preparing for my AP exams, and working towards level 4's. This year has definetly been a roller coaster. Some of the most memborable moments this year has been being more involved with Key Club. So far this year I have participated in many community events such as the Kiwanis Easter Egg Hunt, food booths, and also being involved in creating this years yearbook. It was such a fun experience to help make something that many people will look at years from now.
Since junior is coming to a close and I have been thinking more and more about college, and where I want to attend, and what I want to major in. in. So far I have signed up for the June 4th SAT date, to get a head start on preparing for college and completing the required standardeized tests. I pretty much know what my plan is for after high school, I plan to attend a four year university, go into medical, and then complete my internship and residency at a prestigious hospital here in California or out of state. Although this will be a difficult and long journey I know that I will be able to accomplish it as long as I determined. In terms of career I hope to become a doctor, yet I don't yet know what I want to specialize in just yet.
As for the rest of my high school experience I hope to have a great senior year. I hope to be much more involved in clubs and maybe in sports next school year. I hope that my senior year will be full of laughter, memories, and fun times with my friends.
